The People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province has just issued a decision on investment guidelines and approval for Cam Lam Solar Joint Stock Company to implement Cam Lam VN Solar Power Plant project, in Cam An Bac commune, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province.
According to the Decision, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee requires investors to be responsible for implementing the project in accordance with the schedule prescribed by the Investment Law as well as the committed document; designing and arranging suitable work items, not constructing solid constructions nearby the scope of expressway options.
Before constructing, investors coordinate with competent state agencies to carry out the site clearance compensation; carrying out procedures on land, environment, construction, traffic, fire prevention and fighting related to the project strictly according to current regulations; commitment to support and use local labor, those directly or indirectly affected by the project, especially unskilled workers in the process of building, operating the factory …
